When you play poker online, one of the things that a lot of members know about is the microgaming skins liquidated software. When they released the software out to the public they claimed that it could do a lot of things and could help enhance the game. One of the many things that it was suppose to do was make the game better and faster. Most claimed that it did not.
When they released the software, they were partnered with BetonBet Poker and Eurolinx. Many members have complained about having problems cashing out and loads of other things. Right now they actually owe a lot of member’s money because the software did not do its job and did not pay out like it was supposed to. It has left a lot of the online poker players frustrated and discouraged. Some claim that they won’t play poker online again because of it, while others believe that they should just move on, forget about it and wait until the next improved software version comes out.
It looks as though the websites will indeed have to come out with some better software soon, because Microgaming just announced that they will no longer have a special license agreement with either company, and that they have to end the agreement immediately. All of this is due to the number of problems people have had with the software, especially the problems relating to cashing out their winnings. It’s been reported that it has taken some of the transactions over a month to finish.
Both websites that they have teamed up with have not only lost money but lots of members. Some members won’t be going back no matter what software they bring in next. Because of this situation, the websites will be adding new features and doing other things in order to help improve their site and hopefully bring back some members that have left.
A lot of members are glad that the software company listened to their complaints. They know it’s not an easy decision to do something like that, but really, they had no choice because of the massive complaints and even some threats that took place.
Most people believe that the software company will be reviewing all of the mistakes that they made with this and will fix up the glitches that occurred by issuing a new update. However, It’s unknown right now whether they will release an update in the future, or if they are just going to do away with it altogether and work on something else. Because of this, though, a lot of people are going to be unsure about downloading the next version of the software, and it will take a lot of convincing for some people to give it a try.
